Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Simply reply to your booking confirmation.
Cancellation by you
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable, as the guide's time has been reserved.
Cancellation by the guide
In the rare event a guide cancels, you will be offered a full refund or a complimentary rescheduling with the same or a similar guide.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Disputes
If you were unhappy with a session, write to hello@navaayu.com within 48 hours. We take every concern seriously and review each on its own merits.
